above picture groups Customers by Area Manager. For
example, Jerry Noname is the East Area Manager of
the following Customers:
Law
Enf 1, Law Enf 2, Commerical Comms1, Commerical Comms
2, AState Traffic Dept, University of AState and AState
PD.
The
names Law Enf, Commerical Comms and Astate are fictitious.

- This
Customer has many Antenna Sites.
- Viewing
the Middletown site you can view all of the information
about the site.
- From
the site screen you will be able to: (1) View/Edit the PM
Schedule (2) Schedule New PMs (3) Analyze Site. Analyze Site will be
the “Brain” of the PM section. Upon selecting this option logic will kick off making sure all PMs are schedule for this site. For example, if replacement
of AC filters is not schedule for a PM you will be alerted that this is
incomplete.
- The
above figure is an example of showing when the Filter of
the AC Unit is scheduled for PMs.
